Since we follow rigorous guidelines and thoroughly test each PC we manufacture, problems are rare. If you do need support, we are here to help via phone or onsite. If you need more than one system, we can simplify your life by preloading your workstations with the software you use and imaging all of them to be identical. While other manufacturers charge upwards of $100 per computer for this service, we offer this as a free service to our customers.  We will even help you design and build an image that is setup just the way you like it. At Gemini Computer Systems, we take great pride in supporting our customers.  Because we don't run an assembly line here, each PC or server is thoroughly tested... it doesn't leave our office until it's ready.

Not only will you receive a computer with lightning fast performance and superior reliability, but you won't get a bunch of stuff you don't need.  With other manufacturers, you get a lot of preinstalled software...most of which you will probably never use. Everyone has seen the ads on TV for the famous $299 PCs, but do you really know what you are getting for $299? Unfortunately, not much. We build custom systems as a service to our customers. They asked for a more reliable system, and we responded the only way we could....build them ourselves. We don't sell $299 PCs because no one can build a solid, reliable PC for $299. Since we put our company name on all the systems we build, we want them to be an accurate representation of our company. Most people do not think the old saying "you get what you pay for" holds true for the computer industry. A PC is a PC, right? Wrong. Many of the mainstream "budget" PCs come with a 90-day (read the fine print) or a 1 year warranty. Our systems come with a full 3 year warranty, but will last you much longer.
